Natasha sent me updates and pictures of the necklace throughout the process -- from the sketches, to the wax mould, and all the way through the process. I have a greater appreciation for the creative process involved in handmade jewelry. You are the best! thanks so much.

Welcome to my shop policies.
Being a buyer myself for a long time, I would like to make it easier for my customers and try to make my policy as simple as possible. I would like to treat my customers as I‘d like to be treated myself. I believe in honesty, good communication and working closely with my clients to make things work out and run smoothly.
I would like to take few minutes to explain a few things about my pieces in the shop.
Most of my pieces are one-offs and even when asked to replicate them I try to bring in minor adjustments e.g. (different stones, metals, chains) unless the client is absolutely adamant they want an exact copy.
There are pieces that are absolute one-offs and will never be replicated again which is reflected in the price of that particular piece. If you are interested to find out if the piece is a one off, please do not hesitate to ask me.
Most of the pieces are hand made from scratch, except for the very few that have acquired charms incorporated into them.

I only accept Pay Pal as a payment method at the moment. Please pay within 24 hours from purchasing. But if you can’t pay by Pay Pal, please contact me and we can come to some other arrangement.

I would try and dispatch your order to you as soon as possible. Normally it would be on Wednesdays, Thursdays or Fridays.
The prices for shipping each item in my shop include special delivery (on items over $40 in UK only and recorded delivery only, everywhere else). That’s why the fee is slightly on the expensive side, so if you do not wish to use special or recorded delivery you can opt for the standard delivery, please let me know. You can see what the postage would be without these services if you look at the items under $40 in my shop. However, I do strongly advice to use special delivery for the UK postage and recorded for everywhere else as I do not want to be held responsible for loses. Recorded postage abroad, does not include insurance, but requires to be signed for at the other end.
